Refund Policy
We follow Australian Consumer Law and NDIS guidelines to ensure fair and transparent refunds.
NDIS Purchases
- Refunds are processed in line with NDIS plan rules and approvals.
- If the NDIA or your plan manager rejects payment, you may be required to pay directly.
- Eligible refunds will be credited back to your plan or original payment method.
General Purchases
You are entitled to a refund if an item is:
- Faulty or not functioning as described
- Significantly different from the description
- Incorrectly supplied
Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect selection, unless required by law.
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Additional time may apply depending on your bank or plan manager.
Partial Refunds
- In certain cases, partial refunds may be applied (e.g., where items have been opened but are faulty).
