Terms and Conditions of Sale – NDIA Participants
1. Eligibility
By placing an order with Mediply Plus, you confirm that the purchase is being made by:
- An NDIS participant, or A representative (including Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, or Guardian) authorised to act on behalf of the participant.
2. Client and Plan Manager Responsibilities
By using our services, the Client and/or Plan Manager:
- Acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
- Accepts responsibility for placing orders within the client's approved NDIS budget and for items aligned with the participant’s NDIS plan.
- Confirms that the participant's consent has been obtained to use and share their information to process and fulfill orders.
- Is responsible for notifying Mediply Plus in writing of any changes to the participant’s NDIS funding, plan management status, or contact information.
- Confirms that an account has been created for the participant with accurate and up-to-date details.
3. Product Information
Mediply Plus ensures all product listings are described accurately and include details relevant to NDIS participants. For questions regarding suitability or eligibility, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
4. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
- Quotes can be requested and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Orders will be processed once payment is received or approval is confirmed from the Plan Manager or Support Coordinator.
- Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Payments may be made via:
- Self-managed NDIS participants,
- Plan-managed NDIS participants (upon invoice approval), or
- Directly by providers if applicable.
5. Invoicing
- If invoicing an NDIS Plan Manager, you must provide accurate billing information and ensure the Plan Manager has approved the order in writing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by funding approval, plan limitations, or administrative errors outside our control.
6. Delivery
- We offer delivery to residential addresses, group homes, and service provider locations.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided but are dependent on location and third-party couriers.
- All goods should be inspected upon delivery. Please report any issues within 5 business days.
7. Returns and Refunds
a. General Return Policy
Mediply Plus accepts returns in the form of credit or exchange only, subject to our approval and the terms below.
b. Return Process
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing: 📧 orders@mediplyplus.com.au
- Once approved, return instructions and a return label will be provided.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
c. Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unopened, and unused.
- Items must be in original packaging and packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Mediply Plus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
d. Refunds & Processing
- Returns will be assessed upon receipt. Processing may take up to 14 days.
- Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be communicated via email.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
e. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special orders
- Non-stock items
- Specific medical supplies (especially hygiene or consumable items)
f. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 2 days of delivery.
- If confirmed, Mediply Plus will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
8. Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty information will be provided with the product or is available upon request.
9. Privacy
We collect and use personal information only for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and NDIS guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of products as per Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We are committed to resolving matters promptly and fairly.
