Comfeel Plus Dressing - All Sizes

Comfeel Plus hydrocolloid dressings are used for low to moderately exuding wounds, including chronic wounds such as leg and pressure ulcers, and acute wounds like superficial burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds, and skin abrasions. The dressing can remain in place for up to seven days and may be used as a primary or secondary dressing.

The dressing creates a moist wound healing environment while protecting the wound from water, bacteria, and external factors. Its semi-permeable top film allows excess moisture to evaporate and helps reduce friction. A wound mapping grid supports easy monitoring and indicates when a dressing change is needed.

Comfeel Plus is easy to apply using a three-piece non-touch system that supports aseptic application. On contact with wound exudate, it forms a soft gel that absorbs moisture without sticking to the wound bed. The transparent version is free from pectin, common allergens, latex, and animal-derived materials.
