Comfeel Plus Transparent

Comfeel® Plus Transparent is a hydrocolloid dressing designed for none to low exuding acute and chronic wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, superficial burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds, and skin abrasions. It can be used as a primary or secondary dressing and may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on wound conditions.

The dressing creates a moist wound healing environment while protecting the wound during the final stages of healing. A transparent, water- and bacteria-proof semi-permeable film allows moisture evaporation, reduces friction, and enables continuous wound monitoring without dressing removal, helping to minimise disturbance and support faster healing.

Comfeel® Plus Transparent features a user-friendly three-piece non-touch application system for aseptic placement and includes a mapping grid to aid wound assessment and change indication. The hydrocolloid layer forms a non-adherent gel on contact with exudate, and the dressing is free from pectin, latex, colophony, and animal-derived components.
